I had to sit through this during my firm's first-year associates' training. It was painful, and like almost all seminars on legal ethics, pretty much devoid of any real-world applicability. I understand that Marshall's trying to make a painful topic less painful, but even if you sing and dance, legal ethics are still generally pretty dull unless you're actually faced with an ethical dilemma.
