Anne Marie Lofaso, an associate professor of law at the West Virginia University College of Law, examines, in an Issue Brief published by ACS, a string of decisions handed down in September 2007 by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) that some commentators argue have seriously undermined workers’ rights. In exploring the decisions within a larger context, Professor Lofaso maintains that “many of the September decisions fit into a long history of legislative, administrative, and judicial cutbacks to the orginial NLRA [National Labor Relations Act]."
