Supreme Court Denies Gitmo Cases
Over three dissents, the Supreme Court has denied review to several U.S. detainees at Guantanamo Bay. Justices Stevens and Kennedy wrote concurring opinions explaining that review was denied to prevent from deciding constitutional issues before the detainees had exhausted all remedies under federal law.
