New York Court of Appeals To Webcast Marriage Equality Arguments
The New York Court of Appeals, which is the highest state court in New York, will hear oral arguments in four cases challenging that state's ban on same-sex marriages. The arguments will also be webcast live today at 2pm. (hat tip Dale Carpenter)
