I'll be paying close attention to the Credit Card Fair Fee Act on Thursday. I've done some work with the MPC and the credit card industry is desperate need of reform right away.

This is also one of those rare issues where legislation can actually help consumers and small business owners at the same time. The credit card companies have been using unfair and hidden fees like the interchange fee to rake in profits that are seriously hurting both groups and its about time that Congress starting bringing some transparency to the system.
