An informal group of DC attorneys who are members of the Washington, DC chapter of the American Constitution Society have been meeting once a month to read, discuss, and analyze the Federalist Papers from a progressive point of view.

The next meeting will be Monday, December 6, 2004, at noon at Georgetown University Law Center. This meeting will cover Federalist Papers 67 to 77 (The Executive). Our guest speaker will be Randolph Moss. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Moss served the Clinton administration as assistant attorney general for the US Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel.
