Keep Up With the Supreme Court Docket With Public Citizen
Public Citizen is providing the following resource for Supreme Court trackers:
A few months ago, Public Citizen's Alan Morrison Supreme Court Assistance Project (SCAP) created a new listserv providing updates on pending Supreme Court cert. petitions of public interest that the Project is tracking. SCAP has produced a "watch list" for internal purposes since its founding in 1990.
Now, SCAP's list has gone public. Sign up to get on the listserv here. To see SCAP's most recent e-mail, with a review of public interest cert. petitions before the Supreme Court Justices at this week's "conference, go here. For the full SCAP " watchlist" for the current conference, go here.
Don't worry: If you sign up, you won't be inundated! The e-mails go out only before each Supreme Court conference - - no more than once a week and often less frequent.
