Monday, October 15House Financial Services: Mortgage Lending Disparities: field hearing to discuss patterns of mortgage lending in the Greater Boston Area. The hearing will focus on mortgage lending disparities in the Boston area, including data that reveals that Black and Latino borrowers were much more likely than whites or Asians in this area to receive higher-priced loans.
