: Mortgage Lending Disparities: field hearing to discuss patterns of mortgage lending in the Greater Boston Area. The hearing will focus on mortgage lending disparities in the Boston area, including data that reveals that Black and Latino borrowers were much more likely than whites or Asians in this area to receive higher-priced loans.

House Judiciary hearing on: Jena 6 and the Role of Federal Intervention in Hate Crimes and Race-Related Violence in Public Schools

House Financial Services hearing on the Reauthorization of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act

Senate Committee on Judiciary to hold hearings to examine the nomination of Michael B. Mukasey, of New York, to be Attorney General.
