Of note, on Tuesday the House Judiciary's Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security will hold hearings on allegations of selective prosecution. Also, both The Hill and Congressional Quarterly are reporting that the Senate may take up the nomination of Leslie Southwick to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, although that does not appear to be on the calendar; a number of district court nominations will be heard on Wednesday.Tuesday, October 23
