Student Chapter of the Week: Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law
ACS' Benjamin N. Cardozo Chapter has held events ranging from a panel on the right to healthcare under the New York Constitution, a discussion with author Charlie Savage on his book about the executive power and signing statements, a panel on incarceration alternatives for drug and property crimes, a panel on privacy and security in our information age, most recently a Super Tuesday viewing party and a viewing of "Sicko."
Speakers at events have included an author, a former New York State Supreme Court Justice, and a Colonel from West Point Department of Law. Currently they are planning a panel on journalistic privilege and a symposium on the international right of privacy in art and photography.
