When Attorneys Blog About High Profile Trials
It's a little late to mention, but the ABA Journal covered what happens when defense counsel and citizens blog about high-profile trials. Although there is a debate about whether what is written online has a direct effect on what happens on the courtroom, the traffic the blogs attract indicates that there may be a hunger for more detailed – and more interactive – coverage.
