Wasn't arlen specter a member of the "warren Commission"? A specter of things to come?
How very typical - an atty throwing one of his own under the bus to save his own hide. You can't get much more textbook 101 than that.

As a loyal Republican I get very tired of Arlen Specter. I was against his chairmanship of the Judicial comm. at the time he was appointed and my opinion of his has not changed. He is a true RINO.
