A Defense Department Attorney admitted the Pentagon "likely" overwrote or deleted video recordings of a Guantanamo detainee, Hani Saleh Rashid Abdullah, that were subject to a court preservation order, according to the Legal Times. The Globe and Mail also reported that a U.S. commander rewrote a military report regarding Guantanamo Bay detainee Omar Khadr's role concerning the death of Sergeant Speer -- the original version said Speer's attacker was killed in the assault.
